For our part we will

• Give you the full time you pay for
• Ensure that we are on time
• One to one tuition
• Tell you as soon as possible if necessary to reschedule a lesson

For your part

• Ensure that you are on time
• Give 48 hours notice of cancellation, if not you will be expected to pay
• Listen and take on board all the advise given to you by your instructor
